Login When We Use Telemedicine Pet Owner Help How To Get Started Veterinary telemedicine is extremely convenient and useful in a variety of situations but it does have some limitations. For instance, do not use telemedicine for emergencies. Instead, call our hospital right away at (707) 644-2284 or contact the nearest emergency hospital. Additionally, by law we can only offer telemedicine appointments for patients that we have seen here within the last 12 months. Register Get started with our platform by clicking the ‘Register’ button. There is no fee to sign-up! Register Schedule Consultation Once in the application, select your preferred communication channel (video, phone, or message) and select an available time slot. For messages, a time slot is not needed and Dr. Donna DeBonis typically respond in 24 hours.

As a current client, you can text us with your questions, and one of our team members will assist you in scheduling, and discuss with you whether or not a telemedicine appointment would be appropriate for your pet.
*Please allow 2 hours for a response to the initial text message.

Once the appointment is scheduled, please send us a detailed description of what is going on with your pet, your concerns, as well as pictures or videos if possible. The doctor  will contact you via phone during the time window that was discussed when you scheduled your appointment. After the doctor has spoken with you about your pet, he will then create a treatment plan with any of his recommendations, which a team member will send over to you to review, and approve.

Once a plan has been confirmed, a team member will send over a payment link if needed, and assist in scheduling services or medication pickup as needed.

Not all issues can be solved over telemedicine. If the doctor sees a need to perform further examination, or diagnostics following a telemedicine consultation, we’ll arrange a time for you to come in.
